  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • As our products are meticulously handcrafted, processing times may vary during peak periods or promotions.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within South Africa only.

  • Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take longer than standard delivery times.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Main cities: 2–4 business days

  • Outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website.


5. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to track their parcel and ensure availability for delivery.


6. Incorrect Address Details

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • Drop-it Natural Products is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


7. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the parcel.

  • Additional costs incurred may be charged to the customer.


8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • If a parcel is lost in transit, we will liaise with the courier to resolve the matter.

  • Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
